- Walk through the World Natural Heritage site of Shiretoko National Park using snowshoes during the snowy season. If there is no snow, we will walk without snowshoes. We will walk through natural forests to see waterfalls flowing into the Sea of Okhotsk, massive icicles, and, depending on the season, drift ice. You can mainly observe Ezo deer and wild birds. You may also see natural monuments such as eagles, woodpeckers, and Momonga. In the event of severe weather such as a blizzard, we will contact you via your mobile device, and depending on your preference, we can offer a cancellation or guide you on a tour once the weather clears.
- ☆Winter-exclusive snowshoe experience! The flat terrain makes it perfect for beginners☆彡
- Snowshoes (Western-style snowshoes) are compatible with shoes ranging from approximately 14 cm to 28 cm. We do not walk on steep slopes like mountain climbing, so it is perfect for beginners. If there is no snow, we will walk without snowshoes. This tour is for individuals aged 7 to 69 who do not require a cane or walking pole.

- This is a rich forest where you are almost certain to see Ezo deer and small birds, and it is easy to encounter foxes and woodpeckers. If you are lucky, you may see natural monuments like Steller's sea eagles or white-tailed eagles soaring overhead, sometimes hunting in the drift ice-filled sea. Nocturnal Ezo Momonga are also in their breeding season from February to March, so they can sometimes be seen during the day.

What to wear and bring: We recommend wearing boots or trekking shoes that cover your ankles. High heels and other shoes with narrow heels are not permitted. Waterproof gloves and a neck warmer will be more comfortable. Sunglasses are also recommended on sunny days.
Rental equipment: Snowshoes are available for free rental.

By train:
10 minutes by bus (check operating schedules and conditions) or taxi from Utoro. Approximately 1 hour by bus from Shiretoko-Shari Station on the JR Kushiro Main Line. Rental cars are also available in Shari and Utoro.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
