To ensure you can flexibly prepare equipment according to your personal habits and needs, please note that the price of this tour includes skis and boots, but does not include goggles, helmets, ski suits (ski pants), and gloves. If you need these items, you can rent them on-site at the ski resort's rental counter. The rental fee for each item is 1,000 yen. We recommend that you prepare or plan your rentals in advance based on your own situation and the weather forecast.
Please arrive at the meeting point before the departure time. To ensure a smooth experience for all group members, the shuttle bus will depart on time. Latecomers will be considered to have forfeited their participation, and no refund will be given.
In the event of extreme weather or severe traffic congestion at Asarikawa Ski Resort, we will automatically reschedule to Teine Ski Resort to ensure the smooth running of the trip, without further notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Heavy snowfall in Hokkaido may affect cable car operation efficiency, reduce available time, or require advanced gliding skills (such as braking and cornering control) to ride. Please be aware of and follow on-site arrangements.
Please ensure you do not have heart disease, high blood pressure, or other conditions that would preclude strenuous exercise. When skiing, you must stay within designated areas under the guidance of an instructor; unauthorized entry into advanced slopes or dangerous areas is strictly prohibited.
Please use the rented ski equipment properly. Any intentional damage will be subject to compensation at the original price. Please keep your personal belongings safe. We recommend renting lockers (at your own expense). Please keep valuables with you at all times.
We have purchased basic accident insurance for you. We recommend that you purchase more comprehensive travel accident insurance with higher coverage based on your own needs to obtain more complete protection.
