- Please provide your hotel name and pickup address at the time of booking.
- Wear comfortable clothes, swimwear, and bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen). Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, life jacket) is provided.
- Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 2 days before departure. No refunds for cancellations 1 day before or on the day of the tour.
- Tour itinerary and timings are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions for safety reasons
- Hotel pickup is included for hotels within Kota Kinabalu city center. Surcharges may apply for hotels located outside the Kota Kinabalu city Area.
- Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
