Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event may be canceled due to weather or sea conditions.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *Please be sure to include the number of dives you have completed. *If you require rental equipment, please include your height, weight, and shoe size. *We will inquire about your health condition on the day of the dive. Depending on your condition, you may not be able to participate. *The duration may vary depending on the time it takes to get on the boat. *You cannot fly on an airplane on the day you dive. Please be aware of this in advance. *Babysitting services are available for ¥1000 per hour. (If you wish to use this service, please be sure to inquire in advance. Please note that this service may not be available on Saturdays.)
Other special notes:
- *Please consult us when making your reservation if you require pick-up and drop-off service. (¥1,100 one way) *Lunch (from ¥600) is available for an additional charge for plans that include lunchtime. Please inquire for details. *Children's rates vary by age, so please inquire in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
