- We have designed this course with plenty of time for waterfalls, pools, and slides so that three generations of families, from 1st graders to seniors, can enjoy it together. We also provide cold-weather gear for small children who tend to get cold easily. We will suggest activities suited to the participants' physical strength and condition, so please feel free to join with peace of mind. Come and enjoy creating summer memories with your family. *Adult groups who are not confident in their physical strength or who just want to enjoy a leisurely canyoning experience are also welcome.

- Enjoy over 2 hours of river fun as time permits, including floating with life jackets, waterfall play, various sliders, underwater observation, and jumping. It is so packed with content that a half-day will feel like plenty, so please be sure to manage your health before participating. To maintain the quality of the course, the 'Family Canyoning Course' for 1st graders and up is conducted separately from the half-day course for junior high students and above. We have adjusted the distance and increased the time for play so that even small children and adults who are not good at sports can enjoy it! Canyoning down a valley is basically a descent, and since you can move by walking and floating in the water, you will find yourself moving forward before you know it.

What You Can Expect

1 Day
- Gather at Tripper Base. Meet at the Tripper office! Follow the signs to park your car and come to the reception area. After checking in, receiving instructions, and using the restroom, change into your specialized gear. It is a 5-minute ride in a Tripper vehicle to the starting point.
- Listen to the safety talk. Once you have properly put on your canyoning gear, we will have a safety talk to ensure you enjoy the river safely. Listen carefully and have fun!
- Canyoning tour start. The tour finally begins! First, let's get into the water and get used to it. This moment feels so good after waiting in the car! We will gradually get used to the water, so let's splash each other!
- Floating experience. We will head downstream. Where the current is flowing, instead of walking, use the buoyancy of your life jacket to float and move along. It is so relaxing!
- Waterfall crawling. Try crawling through the hidden path behind the waterfall. Do your best not to be defeated by the water pressure!
- Everyone's favorite wide slider. A slide using the smooth rock surface that spans the entire width of the river! It is a place where both children and adults can have pure fun. With various sliding techniques taught by the guide, you can play as many times as you like!
- Snack time. If you get tired, take a little break! Let's rest in the river while enjoying drinks and snacks brought by the guide. Take a deep breath and let the scent of the forest refresh you.
- Jumping challenge. The end of the program is a jump from the rocks. You can challenge yourself from the optimal height for your age. Gather your courage and dive from the rocks!
- Successfully reached the goal. The tour is over after lots of fun! Let's return to the office in the Tripper shuttle. You are free to leave after changing. Thank you very much.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) If it is difficult to make a decision, we will contact you on the day of the event to let you know whether it will proceed or not, before your departure time. *In such cases, we will ask for your contact time in advance.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- [Participation Requirements] Participants must be elementary school age or older and in good health. (Most participants are beginners.) The most important thing is to have fun. *Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian's (supervisor's) signature, but parental participation is not required. *Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol before canyoning, and those with severe hangovers are not permitted to participate. [Tours held in rainy weather] However, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons due to sudden weather deterioration. In this case, we will refund the full participation fee. Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs or other expenses in this case. Thank you for your understanding. [Insurance] The outdoor insurance provided is only personal injury insurance, and the amount of compensation is fixed. We cannot provide any compensation for damage or loss of personal belongings (glasses, contact lenses, accessories, cameras, etc.), so please manage your belongings and take responsibility for them. Also, as accessories (including watches) can cause injury, please remove them as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
