The "Family Canyoning Course," open to first graders and above, is separate from the half-day course for junior high school students and above to maintain the quality of the course. What You Can Expect

- Meet at Tripper Base. Gather at the Tripper office! Follow the signs to park your car and proceed to the reception area. First, complete registration, explanation, and use the restroom, then change into your special gear. It's a 5-minute ride to the starting point in a Tripper vehicle.
- Let's listen to the safety talk. Once you're properly equipped with your canyoning gear, we'll give you a safety talk to help you enjoy the river safely. Listen carefully and have fun!
- The canyoning tour has begun! The tour is finally starting! First, let's get completely immersed in the water to get used to it. This moment feels so good after waiting in the car! As we gradually get used to the water, let's splash each other with lots of water!
- A floating experience. We're going downstream. In areas with currents, it's easier to float and move around using the buoyancy of a life jacket than to walk. So relaxing!
- Crawling under a waterfall. A challenge to crawl along a hidden path behind the waterfall. Let's do our best not to be defeated by the water pressure!
- Everyone loves the wide slide! This slide uses the smooth rock surface that stretches across the entire width of the river! It's a place that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. With various sliding techniques taught by the guide, you can play again and again!
- Snack time! If you're feeling tired, take a little break! Relax in the river while enjoying the drinks and snacks the guide has brought. Take a deep breath and be soothed by the scent of the forest.
- The diving challenge! The program concludes with a dive from a rock. You can choose a height that is appropriate for your age. Gather your courage and dive from the rock!
- We successfully reached the finish line. We had a great time and the tour is now over! Let's head back to the office in Tripper's shuttle bus. After changing clothes, you are free to go ahead. Thank you very much.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) - For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
