Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If bad weather is expected, the tour may be canceled after prior notice. (No cancellation fee will be charged.)
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- If you are late, you may not be able to participate. Children under 18 must have parental consent or be accompanied by a guardian. Views of Mt. Fuji vary greatly depending on weather conditions. Please note that the tour fee will not be refunded even if you are unable to see Mt. Fuji during the tour.

From Tokyo, take the Chuo Expressway to Kofu or Kawaguchiko in 1.5 to 2 hours.
・By train:
From Shinjuku, take the JR Chuo Line Limited Express to Kofu in 90 minutes.
From Shinjuku, take the JR Chuo Line Limited Express and Fujikyuko Line to Kawaguchiko in 120 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
