• Question 1: ◆For insurance enrollment and equipment rental, please provide the following information. Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event will proceed rain or shine. However, it will be canceled if dangerous conditions such as rising water levels are anticipated. In that case, we will contact the representative's mobile phone or email address. However, if you are traveling from a distant location and departing the night before or early in the morning, please contact our guide's mobile phone at 090-3719-4238 before your departure to confirm.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ● Essential items to bring: ・Swimsuit or innerwear. A close-fitting type is recommended. Wear it inside your wetsuit. ・Food and drinks. Hike for about 30 minutes to the cave, and have lunch before entering. After eating, waterproof your food in a Ziploc bag or similar. ・Shorts. Wear them outside your wetsuit. Any kind is fine. Sturdy and less likely to come off is even better. If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen. ・Swimming goggles. Clear lenses are recommended! ・Gloves. Protect and keep your hands warm. Neoprene gloves, such as those for diving or fishing, are warm. ・A backpack that can get wet, to put your lunch and smartphone in. One for several people is fine. ・A towel to dry yourself. Leave it in the car. ● Items that are good to have: ・Innerwear top and bottom - quick-drying dry shirt and leggings or tights. Allows for smooth changing when wearing a wetsuit and also provides warmth. ・Socks. To prevent blisters and for warmth. Tabi socks or five-finger socks are recommended. • Sandals and a change of clothes towel: Convenient for changing clothes when wet.

• ●Meeting Point: 10:00 AM, in front of Nanto Bank Kawakami Branch, 695 Sako, Kawakami Village, Yoshino District, Nara Prefecture (not in front of the souvenir shop with the red roof). Please park in front of Nanto Bank Kawakami Branch or in the vicinity of the Kawakami Village Office. There are no facilities of our company at the site, and a guide vehicle will come to you. It is scheduled to be a Nissan Caravan with Kyoto license plates. Please come by car or motorcycle. From here, you will be driven for another 50 minutes by the guide vehicle. The road is rough with falling rocks. Microbuses and similar sizes are not permitted. Please leave with plenty of time to spare. If you are late for the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the participation fee. Please come to the meeting point already wearing your swimsuit. A simple changing tent will be set up at the end of the tour, but it is for women only, and there will be a queue. There is no roof, shade, or screen for changing, so both men and women will find it convenient to bring a towel and sandals.・50-minute drive from the meeting point → 30-minute hike in wetsuits → lunch → cave → return to your car, change clothes, and disperse. ・The underground river inside the cave is cold, with a water temperature of 7 to 10 degrees Celsius, so those with thin subcutaneous fat will get cold quickly. If you are thin, if there is a gap between your wetsuit and your skin, cold water will constantly pass through and you will get cold. The innerwear you wear under your wetsuit will also get wet, so please bring layers of innerwear or leggings to fill the gap. Thin fleece, synthetic materials with a brushed lining, or wool materials are also effective. We can hold your car keys for you. Accidents during the tour will be judged and handled by the insurance company. Accidents inside the cave are not covered by insurance and are your own responsibility. We will provide first aid and emergency medical treatment, but we cannot assume any further responsibility, so please understand this before applying.
