Customized itineraries will specify the maximum vehicle usage time each day. If the usage exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be charged:

Vehicle cleaning fee

If a passenger causes severe damage to the vehicle due to health reasons (such as vomiting), a cleaning fee will be charged, ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 yen.
