- This plan is for international guests who are not comfortable with Japanese. An English-speaking guide will accompany the tour. The rafting tour at Kinugawa Onsen is an exhilarating experience in the nature-rich area of Nikko and Kinugawa. It also has excellent access from the Tokyo metropolitan area. Working together with your friends, splashing through the Kinugawa River is the best feeling! In areas with gentle currents, you can relax and enjoy the scenery of the Kinugawa River, or get out of the boat and float down the stream. You can enjoy the fresh greenery or autumn leaves from the river, making Kinugawa rafting a way to enjoy not only the thrill of rafting but also the nature itself. Guests from 7 to 80 years old can enjoy it with peace of mind.

What You Can Expect

- 09:30Reception. After checking in, you will change clothes. Changing rooms are available.
- 10:00Land instruction. We will teach you everything from how to hold the paddle, so it is no problem even for complete beginners.
- 10:15Start. The beginning of a fun tour.
- 10:15Starting Rapids.
- 00:00Camel Rapids. A series of moderate rapids.
- 00:00Splash. Enjoy this when water levels are high.
- 00:00River play in gentle currents.
- 00:00River floating experience. Floating with a life jacket. It is a mysterious sensation.
- 00:00Cliff jumping challenge. Optional only. Please rest assured that it is not mandatory.
- 00:00Cliff jumping challenge for elementary school students too. Optional only. Please rest assured that it is not mandatory.
- 00:00Zange Waterfall. We will approach the waterfall depending on field conditions.
- 12:00Goal. We will take a commemorative photo and return to the office.
- 12:30Dismissal. Free hot showers are available. We will dismiss after you have changed.

- Question 3: If you are coming by train, please let us know your pick-up and drop-off locations. We can pick you up or drop you off at either location within Kinugawa Onsen.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The event will be held even in the rain. Even in heavy rain, it will proceed as long as the river water level remains within safety standards. If the water level on the regular course is high, we will guide you on the downstream course, which is only accessible when the water level is high. Safety management remains unchanged, so even beginners can participate with peace of mind. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact the person making the reservation by 8:00 PM the day before the event. If we do not receive a notification, the event will generally proceed as planned. However, in rare cases, we may be forced to cancel the event at the last minute due to unsafe conditions such as a weather disaster warning. Please note that in the event of a last-minute cancellation, participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the site. In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule the event or refund the full participation fee already paid.

Regarding rental equipment: *On hot days, we will not be providing free cold weather rental clothing to prevent heatstroke. We will be covering the tour in light clothing such as T-shirts and shorts. *On cold or rainy days, we will provide cold weather wetsuits, paddling jackets, and paddling pants.
Time required: It will take about 3 hours from check-in to dismissal.

Take the Tohoku Expressway from Utsunomiya IC to the Nikko-Utsunomiya Expressway and exit at Imaichi IC.
Drive toward Kinugawa Onsen for approximately 15 minutes.
Take the Tohoku Expressway from Urawa IC to Imaichi IC for approximately 90 minutes (approximately 118 km).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
