Service Terms and Conditions

・Quotes for urgent orders are valid only for the day. Orders placed within 48 hours are considered urgent, subject to a price increase; please confirm availability before booking.

・Please provide the number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and dimensions (default is 24 inches) when booking. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with pets.

・Vehicle models are subject to actual dispatch. Specified Alphard models default to the first generation. If the vehicle model does not match, please retain your voucher and contact customer service.

・The night service period is 22:00–07:00; a night service surcharge applies (not included in the quote).

・Child seats: The first one is free; each additional seat is 2,000 JPY.

・The quote is for a one-way point-to-point transfer. Please specify any additional stops or special requirements during the inquiry.

・Meet-and-greet services, luggage handling, check-in assistance, and boarding assistance are paid value-added services.

・Any discrepancies between the itinerary and the order must be notified 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the driver may refuse service without a refund.

Flight and Waiting Policies

・Please notify customer service immediately in case of flight delays. No refunds or changes are allowed if the service cannot be performed due to delays or cancellations of the first leg of a connecting flight.

・Normal arrival / Delay within 2 hours: 90 minutes of free waiting time.

・Early arrival: The driver will arrive at the scheduled time at the latest.

・Delays exceeding 2 hours: Re-dispatch will be arranged based on availability; if unavailable, the order can be canceled without penalty.

・If a delay results in overtime or falls into the night service period, additional fees must be paid on-site.

Airport Pickup Process (Simplified)

・The driver will wait in the parking lot. After collecting luggage, passengers should proceed to the temporary pickup point, approximately 5–15 minutes away by car.

・For those who purchased meet-and-greet service, the driver will meet you at the arrival hall or exit.

Other Regulations

・If the destination is subject to traffic restrictions, the vehicle will stop at the nearest safe location.

・For airport drop-offs, it is recommended to arrive 3 hours before international flights (add 1 hour during holidays).

・Price differences resulting from itinerary changes, as well as ferry fees, cross-sea tolls, tickets, and personal expenses, must be paid on-site. The driver may refuse service if payment is not made, and no refund will be provided.

・Eating is prohibited inside the vehicle. You will be liable for cleaning or repair fees if any damage or soiling occurs.

・Please check your luggage and valuables when getting on and off the vehicle. In case of loss, please contact the driver or customer service immediately.

・Comply with local traffic regulations and wear seatbelts at all times.

・In case of emergencies, please contact customer service and retain relevant documentation.
