[New Package Starting Nov 1, 2026] Domyoji Samurai Experience & Photo Tour (Approx. 90 minutes total)

  • Meeting and Preparation (25 minutes): Meet at Kintetsu Domyoji Station and walk to the changing venue. Men can choose from Sengoku-period samurai armor (black Date Masamune style / red Sanada Yukimura style); women can select elegant kimonos or yukatas paired with geta sandals (samurai armor experience is also available).

  • Samurai Posture and Etiquette Lesson (15 minutes): Learn how to hold, draw, and sheathe a sword, as well as samurai stances. Staff will guide you on elegant posing and photography techniques.

  • Domyoji Tenmangu Shrine Stroll and Commemorative Photos (30 minutes): Walk through the millennium-old shrine in your attire. Your guide will introduce Sengoku history and shrine etiquette while taking commemorative photos in various settings.

  • Local Food Tasting (10 minutes): Enjoy the popular local delicacy, Ajidai Kamaboko's Kofun Kamaboko, and savor the fluffy, springy texture of the white fish.

  • Returning Attire and Dismissal (10 minutes): Return to the changing venue to change back into your personal clothes before dismissal on-site.
