KTIC Friends Japanese Sake Brewery Viewing and Tasting in Kyoto
- Viewing of the Saito Shuzo Sake Brewery and 4 types of tasting.

- Please refrain from eating natto, citrus fruits, or yogurt, and from wearing perfume before coming to our office.

Purchase Notice
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
We may cancel the tour when we do not have at least (5) participants by 2 weeks before the scheduled departure.
Please note that wheelchairs are not accessible on this tour.
This tour involves a walking and city bus.
Breakfast and Lunch is not included. Please eat before you join the tour.
There is no eating time during the tour.
Please refrain from bringing suitcase for large bag to the tour.
You may not bring underage children including toddlers and infants to this tour.
Meet with KTIC Friends at Kintetsu Momoyamagoryomae station.

You will receive a final information email from KTIC titled:【Tour Date】- Booking Confirmation & Important Notice - HIS【Tour Reservation Number】.
Please read it carefully and ask questions if necessary.
Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
Please bring a passport or photo ID (no digital) for shopping. You may be asked to show.
IMPORTANT: The tour will start according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
