Hakata's specialty "Wagyu motsunabe" is available in three flavors: miso, soy sauce, and spicy miso. A full lineup of Kyushu specialties, including Hakata's signature sesame mackerel, Hakata mentaiko, and horse sashimi directly shipped from Kumamoto, complements the menu with local Kyushu sake and shochu!
