Regarding cancellation of the event:
- All programs are held rain or shine. *Even if there is heavy rain at the departure point, there are many cases where the diving point is sunny. If the tour itself is not held due to bad weather or worsening sea conditions, or if the scheduled diving point cannot be dived and has to be changed, there will be no cancellation fee. We will decide whether to hold or change the tour after taking into consideration the customer's level and sea conditions.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Participation is open to license holders.

- ・When making a reservation, please write your desired time in the comments section. (Night diving begins after sunset.) ・If you add a "night diving" to a "daytime diving," you will receive a 2,000 yen discount. (Minimum number of participants required: 2 people)

Participant age: 10 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Please bring a towel and a change of clothes. Please come prepared with your swimsuit on. Please bring your license (C card).
Rental equipment: Full equipment is available for rental. We have two sets of lightweight, compact junior size equipment (for ages 130cm and up).

・By car:
From Sasebo Station: Turn left at the Fujiwarabashi bus stop. It's two traffic lights before the first one, on the right.
From Sasebo or Hiu: Turn right at Yamatocho Baba Furniture onto the Kikaze Bypass. Turn left at the second traffic light, and it's the second one on the left.
*Parking for 8 cars
・By other means:
City bus: To Kikaze, approximately 10 seconds on foot from the Kikazebashi bus stop. / To Kurokami or Tenjin, approximately 10 minutes on foot from the Omiyacho bus stop.
Nishisonogi bus: Approximately 8 minutes on foot from the Fujiwarabashi bus stop.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
