  • Requests from guests for dietary requirements (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board, cruises will be politely declined, as kitchen team prepares the meals in onboard kitchens
  • The supplier cannot guarantee allergen-free meals and accept no liability for allergic reactions. Guests with serious allergies may bring their own meals with prior written consent
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and infants/children require a valid ticket. There are no highchairs or baby-changing facilities

  • Some cruises or activities may involve risks (e.g. physical injury). Guests assume all such risks and must ensure you are fit to participate

  • Cruising involves natural risks. Guests travel at their own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the supplier are not liable for injury, death, or loss, except to resupply the cruise or refund its cost where legally required

  • Any request to transfer a booking to another date must be made 72 hours prior to the cruise date. Such transfer of bookings are subject to availability of seats at the same price for the new cruise date. If the price is higher for the new cruise date, you will be required to pay the difference in addition to the minimum transfer fee

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
