Please submit identification with your address on the day of the event. We will keep a copy of your identification.

If you are using a Komon kimono or a lace kimono, we will take a 5,000 yen deposit. If you are using the next-day return of a Homongi, we will take a 7,000 yen deposit. If you are using the next-day return of an Eba Furisode, Hon Furisode, or Montsuki Hakama, we will take a 10,000 yen deposit. When you return the kimono the next day, we will refund the full deposit once we have confirmed that the kimono has been returned.

An additional 2,200 yen will be charged for each day the item is returned late.

Dressing and hair styling takes about 30 to 40 minutes.

The time it takes to choose a kimono and pack your belongings will vary from person to person, so your total time in the shop will be approximately one hour.

The estimated time is one hour, but this may vary during busy periods.

Also, if it takes time to choose a kimono, we may change the order in which you are dressed.

For customers who make reservations before 12:00, the latest return time is 16:30.

For customers who make reservations after 12:00, the latest return time is 17:30.

If you want to enjoy it until the evening, we recommend the next-day return option.

The store is not very spacious, so if you are bringing a stroller, we ask that you fold it up.

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

Reminders

  • You can generally come empty-handed, but we recommend wearing light-colored underwear such as white or beige in the summer, and thin innerwear or leggings in the winter.

  • You can come at your scheduled appointment time. There's no need to arrive earlier.
