Shinsegae Busan Premium Outlet Shuttle Service (Departing from Haeundae Hotels Only)

Pick-up and drop-off are available only at designated Haeundae hotels, and drop-off must be at the same hotel as pick-up.

Exact pick-up time and vehicle number will be notified the day before via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have WhatsApp installed, as LINE is not available for communication in Korea.

Child safety seats are not provided, and strollers or wheelchairs cannot be stored on the shuttle. However, both can be rented at Shinsegae Busan Premium Outlet on-site.

This service does not include meals, beverages, or shopping expenses.

Guests who choose the morning departure must return with the morning return shuttle, and those who choose the afternoon departure must return with the afternoon return shuttle.

For some hotels or Airbnb accommodations where parking is not available, we will notify you of a nearby pick-up point in advance.Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delaying other passengers.

In case of traffic congestion in Busan city, slight delays may occur — we will inform you beforehand and appreciate your kind understanding.

Each booking is allowed to bring one (1) 24-inch suitcase only.

Please refrain from bringing large or multiple pieces of luggage.The driver reserves the right to refuse boarding if oversized or excessive luggage is brought on-site, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

Switching return times (e.g., morning departure with afternoon return) is not permitted.Exception: If seats are available on the alternative return shuttle, the staff may allow you to join.
