Product Info
- This is a safe course that avoids high waves and collisions with rocks. Recommended for those who are nervous about their first rafting experience or families with children. (For groups of adults only, we recommend the Tokachigawa Rafting course.)
- Experience the thrill of rafting down the river! Fun for the whole family!
- We select only the safest sections of the river to navigate, even within the same area as the regular rafting course. This menu is recommended for those who want to try rafting but are a little nervous, or for families with small children. Additionally, we have set a reasonable price for this program because we want as many people as possible to experience the joy of river rafting.
- Satisfying and great value with Double Rafting!
- Just like the Tokachigawa Rafting course, the Family Rafting course challenges you to navigate an exciting section of the Tokachi River (approx. 2.5 km) twice. For the second run, feel free to ask your guide for adjustments, such as wanting to try more waves now that you are used to it, or wanting to keep it less intense.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that in the event of strong winds, lightning, or extremely high water levels, the itinerary may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Although each TOM tour is accompanied by a guide, please be aware of the risks of engaging in activities in the natural environment and participate at your own risk.
Other important points:
- Guests participating in any of TOM's tours will be enrolled in TOM's standard accident insurance (5 million yen for death or severe disability, 3,000 yen/day for hospitalization, 2,000 yen/visit for outpatient treatment).

- If you feel that the standard accident insurance provided by TOM is insufficient, we recommend that you purchase separate insurance before participating.
Includes/Excludes
- The fee includes consumption tax, equipment rental fee, accident insurance fee, and drink service.
Reminders
Participant age: 4 to 100 years old
What to wear/bring: A complete change of clothes (including underwear) Clothes to wear underneath (appropriate for the weather on the day) ○ For sunny days in July and August Swimsuit or underwear that can get wet ○ For rainy days in spring, autumn, and summer Warm fleece or synthetic clothing (jeans are not allowed) If you wear glasses Please bring rubber bands or something to prevent contact lenses from leaking. If you wear contact lenses We recommend wearing swimming goggles to prevent contact lenses from leaking.
Rental equipment: We have two types of clothing available to suit the air and water temperatures on the day. Dry suits for low temperatures Wet suits for high temperatures You can also choose which clothing to wear (dry suits or wet suits) depending on your physical condition and schedule on the day of participation. Please let a staff member know your preference. Shoes are also available for rental, so there is no need to bring sandals or other protective gear.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
