Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Are there any large people in your group? (e.g., over 185cm tall, over 90kg, etc.)
• Question 2: Please enter your height and weight. (Example: 185cm, 95kg) *The number of canoes available will vary depending on the total weight. Please enter your correct height and weight in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate you on the day.
• Question 3: How many children aged 3-15 will be in your party? *Please include them in the headcount when making your reservation.
• Question 4: How many children under 3 years old will you be traveling with? *Please do not include them in the headcount when making your reservation. An additional insurance fee of 500 yen will be charged.
• Question 5: Please make your reservation after agreeing to the following three points: • If you have ever been stung by a wasp, you are required to bring an EpiPen. • If you have a respiratory illness, you are required to bring your emergency medication. • If a COVID-19 infection is confirmed on the part of the tour operator, or if there is a possibility of close contact, the tour may be cancelled. Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• [We do not cancel tours due to weather.] ・In case of light rain, the tour will proceed with participants wearing rain gear, but in case of heavy rain, we will contact you by phone or cancel the tour. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. ・Fog and light rain can enhance the wetland atmosphere and make animals and birds more active, so there are many advantages. Also, even in heavy rain, those who wish to canoe can do so as long as there are no strong winds. [Regarding tour cancellations and course changes] ・In the event of strong winds, thunderstorms, tsunamis, or other events exceeding the Japan Meteorological Agency's warnings. ・When the guide deems it dangerous. ・If the guide determines that the tour can be conducted by changing the course, it will be conducted at the same price. *Please note that weather forecasts do not always hold true, and sudden weather changes can occur. Very rarely, tours may be canceled after the meeting time or just before departure. In this case, no fee will be charged.

• Tours are conducted within national parks or Ramsar Convention-registered areas (the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat). Please refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking. Kushiro Marshland is a precious and unique environment where animals, plants, and birds live. Canoeing is the only way to enter it. Please keep your excitement in check and show consideration and kindness to nature as you enter this paradise. The Kushiro River is not a rapid. A guide will be on board, so it's OK even if you have no canoeing experience or are worried about your age. Whether you leisurely enjoy nature without paddling or paddle for some light exercise, it will be a wonderful memory. *If there is a strong headwind, you may be asked to paddle a little. The end time may vary slightly depending on the meeting and end locations.
