Participant age: 8 to 70 years old
Clothing and what to bring: Depending on the temperature and weather, you should wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. On colder days, you'll need to wear a wetsuit. (Included in the price) 〈About drysuit innerwear (clothing)〉 You can choose your innerwear from your everyday clothes! We recommend quick-drying materials. The recommended outfit is a long-sleeved shirt, tracksuit, pants, and socks. If it's very hot on land, a short-sleeved shirt is acceptable, but long-sleeved shirts are generally recommended to prevent sweat from sticking. For shirt materials, polyester is best, if possible! Mountaineering innerwear and ski undershirts are also suitable. 〈Outer jacket and windbreaker〉 A wet body can easily drop in temperature when blown by the wind. Depending on the weather, it may feel chilly, so bringing a thin (or flimsy) windbreaker will make you more comfortable.
Rental equipment: Full board set. Dry suits, marine boots, and life jackets are also provided (included in the experience fee).
