Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Those who have never ridden a bicycle are not permitted to participate. ・Those under 145 cm tall are not permitted to participate.

Participant age: 13 to 80 years old
What to wear and bring: - Please wear clothes suitable for cycling. - Please refrain from wearing sandals without heel holds or skirts.
Rental equipment: Helmets (required), rain gear for severe weather, and gloves for low temperatures are all available for free rental.
Duration: 120-180 minutes (experience time 90-120 minutes)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
