✅ According to restaurant pet regulations, a carrier (cage or sling bag) or pet stroller is required.
✅ At walking areas, leashes must be worn at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets to maintain proper pet etiquette.
✅ The Uiam Lake canoeing (optional activity) may be limited to two people per canoe depending on local conditions. Guests who do not join the canoe activity may instead visit Full Moon Café or enjoy a nearby walk.
✅ In accordance with pet travel regulations, pet etiquette and owner supervision are a top priority. Any violation or accidents related to pets will be the sole responsibility of the owner.
✅ Pets under 6 months of age or those without completed vaccinations are not allowed to join the tour.
✅ Pets must always wear a harness (leash) and identification tag.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
