Reminders
To maintain a pleasant in-vehicle environment, please do not eat or drink in the car and dispose of your trash properly. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, you will be required to cover the cleaning costs based on the professional company’s actual quotation.

The departure time cannot be changed on the day of travel. For example, if your booking is scheduled for 10:00 AM and you start one hour later due to personal reasons, the service time will still be counted from 10:00 AM.
Private car services do not include guided accompaniment inside attractions. The driver will wait outside the sites. If you require accompanied guiding, please note this when booking so customer service can confirm the arrangement; additional service fees, attraction tickets, and parking fees will apply. In case of traffic congestion, the driver may adjust the route or itinerary order based on actual conditions and may suggest a suitable return time to ensure a smooth trip.
