Purchase Notice
- Please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit information of each traveler in the remarks when booking.
- Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.
- There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.
- This group is based on two people (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The group fee for children (2-9 years old) is for those not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half a room, the adult group fee will apply. For odd-numbered groups or single registrations, a Single room surcharge must be paid.
- The travel agency service fee is HK$80 per person per day, which includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and other relevant staff. This fee will be collected individually from each member of the tour group before the tour ends.
- Guests joining our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
- In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
- The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.
- For details regarding fees, please refer to the itinerary or inquire with staff. The final fee will be based on the information provided at the time of registration and is subject to change.
- Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.
- For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a designated person call you the day before the tour to confirm the exact meeting time.

- Seating arrangements on domestic tour buses are based on the order in which guests register.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
