Our group booking is based on two adults sharing a room (children will be charged a separate bed fee). Triples do not have an extra bed. If you are traveling alone/in a group with only one person, you must purchase a "Single room room surcharge." If the number of people in your booking is incorrect, you will need to purchase the additional single surcharge. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or changes are accepted.
The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on that day.
This tour already enjoys a group discount. Elderly or child passengers will not receive an additional discount difference refund.
Tour prices are only applicable to holders of Hong Kong travel documents [Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents]. Holders of other documents may be subject to additional fees. Please contact customer service for details.

The package does not include the airport tax of $850. Guests must pay the full amount within 3 days of purchase. The supplier will notify the guest via SMS and collect the fee.
Please be on time for the group. Latecomers will not be accommodated. (Meeting place and time: The supplier will notify guests of the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information via SMS five days before departure.)
The tour price does not include tour group service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and supplier-related staff). Each registered passenger is required to pay a service fee of HKD130/day (a total of HKD780/person for 6 days). This fee is the same for all guests regardless of age and will be collected individually from all tour members before the tour ends.
Passengers must present valid travel documents and identification. Travel documents must be valid for at least six months from the group's return date. Passengers are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to inability to enter or exit the country due to expired documents.
Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other service charges are subject to the latest announcement by the airline or relevant agencies on the day of ticket issuance. The Company will refund the difference in excess to the customer, or recover the difference in fees due to foreign currency fluctuations. Payment must be made before departure (excluding all-inclusive package tours).
The supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the supplier's tour group without an adult. Unaccompanied travellers aged between 16 and 18 must register with their parent/legal guardian at a branch and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" along with a copy of the traveller's birth certificate and their parent's or legal guardian's Hong Kong Identity Card/Passport.
If a passenger suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation, etc.) during the tour, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal. The passenger must sign the group member withdrawal notice form and all fees paid will not be refunded.
There will be no tour guide from Hong Kong. The supplier will inform guests of the tour details via SMS one working day before departure, including the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information.
Guests who join tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
The order of itinerary, meals, and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements and is subject to change without prior notice.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.
Take a domestic tour bus. The seating order on domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests register.
Optional packages can be added based on your own needs. If you do not choose to join the tour, you will be free to do as arranged by the local tour guide. Please note.
Tickets included in the package are discounted and purchased through the travel agency. If you cancel your visit, the ticket fee is non-refundable. For those traveling with student ID, senior citizen ID, or military ID, the local guide will refund the fee based on the local scenic area's preferential policies. Children's tickets are not included in the price; parents are requested to purchase these at the scenic area if necessary.
As the scenery varies with each season, the actual scene is subject to on-site observation. The images provided by our company are for reference only. Seasonal attractions (such as flower viewing and autumn foliage viewing), other outdoor activities, and special celebrations may be affected by weather or other force majeure factors beyond the control of the organizer. Our company will not compensate you if your schedule is unscheduled or if your expectations are not met.
In the event of force majeure (snowfall, heavy rain, vehicle maintenance, etc.) or policy adjustments that make it impossible to visit attractions and programs (such as local temple ceremonies, etc.), our agency has the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions or programs of equal value. The fees for the free attractions and programs will not be refunded, and we have the right to make corresponding adjustments to the order of attractions and accommodation.
Flight information is for reference only. All information, including direct flights, destinations, and times, is subject to announcement by the airline/hosting agency. High-speed train (HSR), intercity train (CMRT), and train schedules are subject to change and are subject to the arrangements of the railway service provider. Itinerary, meal, and hotel arrangements are subject to the host agency's discretion and are subject to change without prior notice. Guests cannot object or withdraw under any pretext. Economy class seats are provided for flights. Second-class tickets/hard seats/hard sleepers (whichever is lower) are provided for high-speed trains/intercity trains/trains, unless otherwise noted.
If you are unable to check into the hotel due to flight changes, delays or cancellations, our agency will not make any refunds or rescheduling based on the hotel's booking terms and conditions. Please note.
Please avoid leaving the group during the tour. If you absolutely need to leave, please notify the tour guide in advance by text message or in writing, and return to the group on time at the agreed time. Please avoid areas with potential safety hazards or poor public security. During free time, please travel with a companion and avoid traveling alone. Tours not organized by our company are at your own risk. Any losses or disputes arising from these activities are the sole responsibility of the traveler and will be resolved by the traveler; the travel agency assumes no responsibility. It is recommended to travel with a companion during nighttime or free time, and inform the tour guide. Please keep the tour guide's phone number handy. Please pay attention to the safety of your person and property.
Travel and travel in a civilized manner. Consciously protect the flowers, trees, and cultural relics in scenic areas. Do not graffiti or litter in scenic areas or historical sites. Respect the customs of local ethnic minorities. Many scenic areas and hotels are surrounded by street vendors. If you have no intention of purchasing something, please do not bargain with them. Once you agree on a price and don't buy, it can easily lead to a conflict. Maintain a calm mindset when traveling, avoid impatience, and be considerate and helpful to one another.
Please cooperate with your tour guide and fill out the local "Tourist Opinion Form" truthfully. Complaints and appeals will be based primarily on the forms completed by the tourists themselves. Complaints after returning from an incomplete or false form will not be accepted. If you have any objections to the travel agency's service standards during your trip, please resolve them locally. If the issue cannot be resolved locally during your trip, you may file a local complaint.
The Company strictly prohibits any person (including tour leaders and tour guides) from using any harassment, coercion or unfair sales tactics to force or induce passengers to make purchases. Passengers should consider the price and quality of the products/services before making any payment.
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.
