5. Thailand's rainy season runs from May to October, with frequent rain and squalls. Many people ask if tours run during the rainy season, and the answer is yes, they do.
6. If the tour company determines that it is raining to the extent that the tour cannot be conducted before the tour, the tour company will contact the hotel and provide a full refund.
7. If the customer decides not to go, a refund is not possible.
8. If the tour cannot be used due to bad weather after it has already started, a full refund will not be given.
