After placing an order, you need to confirm whether the group can be formed again. The final confirmation of the supplier will be final. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
This team uses 2 adults to share a room (children do not occupy a bed fee), and the default room is a twin room. If you depart alone/the number of people in the group is one, you must purchase the "Single room surcharge" room difference. If the number of people ordered is incorrect, you must purchase the single price difference again. Once the order is confirmed, there is no refund or change.
Children (not occupying a bed) are aged 3-10 years old. If you need to occupy a bed, please purchase the adult plan.
The supplier will send a text message to the customer one day before departure to inform them of the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information.
The tour fee does not include the tour group service fee (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and supplier-related staff). Each registered passenger is required to pay a service fee of HKD160/person (a total of HKD780/person for 6 days). The price is the same for all ages and will be collected from group members individually before the end of the tour.
The order of itinerary, meals and hotels may be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day. If there is any change, no further notice will be given. The order of attractions may be adjusted due to force majeure. If they are closed, they will be replaced by other programs. In case of special circumstances, the itinerary shall be subject to the arrangements of the local tourism department.
Please be on time to gather. Latecomers will not be accepted. If group members fail to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure, they will be deemed to have given up.
Passengers must present valid travel documents and identity documents. Travel documents must be valid for more than six months from the return date of the group. All losses caused by failure to enter or exit due to invalid documents must be borne by the passenger.

The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the Supplier's tour group without an adult. Unaccompanied passengers aged between 16 and 18 must go to a branch with their parent/legal guardian to register for the tour group and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of the Hong Kong identity card/passport of their parent/parent or legal guardian.
Our agency will decide whether to arrange a Hong Kong tour leader to accompany the tour group depending on the tour group's situation.
The offer of upgrading to a special king-size Suite is limited in time and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are successfully upgraded, you will be notified on site.
Customers must provide their name information consistent with their travel documents and verify the list information by themselves. If there are any errors or omissions, the supplier has the right to charge relevant fees and administrative fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents and visas meet the requirements. The supplier is not responsible if they are denied entry/exit, and the additional costs shall be borne by the group members themselves.
To protect the interests of the group, the supplier reserves the right to accept or reject registration; travelers over 85 years old are required to self-assess their health status and purchase appropriate travel insurance.
Those who withdraw from the tour after departure will not be refunded; those who withdraw from the tour due to personal reasons such as illness before departure and with consent can apply for a refund of the tour fee.
If the participants who depart on their own or join the tour midway are unable to keep up with the itinerary due to delays, the tour fee will not be refunded, and the supplier has nothing to do with the related expenses and losses.
If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure (such as bad weather, disasters, war, etc.), passengers can choose to: keep the tour fee for half a year and modify the departure date / if the modified date exceeds the validity period of the quotation, the tour fee will be re-determined according to the exchange rate and price at that time, and the supplier reserves the right to adjust the fee. (Force majeure includes but is not limited to situations where the trip cannot be performed due to bad weather, disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, public health events, etc.)
Special weather operation guide: Typhoon No. 3/Red Storm: Follow the notice of the Ministry of Transportation. Typhoon No. 8 or above/Black Storm: If the departing group encounters a traffic suspension, passengers need to stay in the local area until it is safe, and the additional expenses are generally paid by themselves (contact the reception agency for special circumstances).
When a team member interferes with the normal operation of the team, the team leader has the right to cancel his/her qualification and the fees will not be refunded. The supplier has nothing to do with his/her behavior after leaving the team.
Group members must abide by the laws of each country and are responsible for any prohibited items.
Transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are provided by third parties. The supplier is not responsible for delays, casualties, or property losses; compensation must be sought directly from the service agency.
The supplier is not responsible for any injuries, deaths or losses caused by participating in activities during the trip.
Passengers are required to keep their luggage by themselves. No compensation will be provided for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
The supplier has nothing to do with any delays, losses or compensation caused by personal issues or disputes.
The final flight/trip time is subject to the operator and no cancellation of the group is allowed under any pretext.
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed. Once the air tickets/ferry tickets/hotels/sightseeing items in the itinerary are confirmed, they will not be refunded if they are not used.
