—Attraction Highlights—

The Tsingtao Beer Museum is housed in the century-old factory buildings of the original Tsingtao Brewery. The red Western-style houses are full of character, and the roof of the building facing the street is decorated with rows of oversized beer cans, making it particularly eye-catching. Inside the museum, you can learn about the history of Tsingtao Beer, see the vintage equipment used in production, and taste authentic Tsingtao Beer.

Upon entering the main gate, you will first see a plaza. In the center of the plaza stands a sculpture of the number '100', named 'Ode to the Century', which was erected on August 15, 2003, to celebrate the centenary of Tsingtao Beer. To the west of 'Ode to the Century' is a fountain composed of beer bottle and glass sculptures. There is also a statue of the God of Wine in the plaza.

The Brewing Process Area introduces the production process of beer and displays the raw materials and vintage equipment used. Simply put, the beer manufacturing process involves saccharifying malt and other raw materials at high temperatures to create wort, followed by fermentation, filtration, and finally packaging. Here, you can see the main ingredients for making beer, such as various types of malt and auxiliary ingredients like hops, as well as the saccharification workshop, fermentation tanks and large wooden barrels used for fermentation, and the packaging line where beer is filled into bottles or cans. Among these, the copper saccharification pots handmade in the saccharification workshop and the world's oldest surviving Siemens motor are the 'treasures of the museum'. The motor dates back to 1896 and can still operate when powered on.
