Purchase Notice
- Customers who have purchased makeup service must arrive 60 minutes prior to the reservation time Customers who have not purchased the makeup service must arrive 30 minutes before the reservation time
- The original photo file will be saved on USB. It may take about 30 minutes to an hour to organize and print the photo files
- Please do not bring home any items used for the wedding ceremony

People other than the bride and groom who want to rent a hanbok need to pay the fee on-site
Costumes must be returned after the wedding and outdoor wear is not allowed
Customers who have not chosen makeup should arrive 30 minutes earlier, and customers who have chosen makeup should arrive 60 minutes earlier than the reservation time
All the photos taken go through a simple retouching process, and after selecting one of the photos for precise retouching, they will be framed and given as a souvenir
After the wedding experience, you can take a group photo with the guests

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
