If you have already exchanged the pass at JR Kyushu ticket counter but wish to cancel it, please go to the same counter at least 1 day before the first day of the pass validity period and request the cancellation. 10% of the ticket price (in Japanese Yen) will be charged as the processing fee before the rest is returned to you.
Travelers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage, with a total combined length, width, and height of 250 cm (maximum length of 2 meters) and a weight of up to 30 kg. (Umbrellas, canes, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc. are not included in this limit.)
