An extraordinary space tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ebisu. This chic and cozy restaurant features an 8-seat counter where you can relax. From the counter surrounding the open kitchen, you can watch the lively cooking process and enjoy conversations with the chef after your meal. Enjoy not only the food and wine but also the atmosphere for a high-quality experience.
A 9 to 10-course Omakase menu featuring seasonal ingredients from across the country. Chef Horie delivers a unique experience with signature dishes like ostrich from Tsukuba, Ibaraki, and deer heart from Akitakata, Hiroshima—a delicacy you can only find here in Tokyo.
Influenced by his family's French restaurant and his father, who worked in France for 8 years, he aspired to become a chef. After honing his skills at restaurants in Japan, he moved to Italy. He spent 4 and a half years at 3-star and 2-star restaurants, then trained in Northern Europe and North America before returning to Japan to study under masters at famous local establishments. He aims to create an Italian cuisine that only he can express.

If you need to change your order details, please contact KKday Customer Support. However, as KKday and the restaurant have the final decision on whether the order can be changed, please fill in your order details carefully.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. While KKday Customer Support will provide maximum assistance, please understand that we cannot be held responsible.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
