－What You Can Expect－

Have fun at Gyeonggi Province this winter. Escape busy Seoul and head to Jisan Forest Resort for a thrilling tobogganing experience. Slide down gentle slopes and take advantage of the sun-kid escalator designed for beginners. Test your nerves on three kinds of intermediate level trails or challenge yourself to the resort's two advanced level trails.

In the afternoon, venture to Icheon Termeden Spa. Take a dip in the spacious outdoor pools and luxuriate in various bade pools. Enjoy a relaxing massage in the hot spring water as you take in the lush trees around the resort. Afterwards, wrap up your tour with a trip to OOOZOOO Starlight Garden. Step into a European-style garden decorated with various illumination exhibits. Admire colorful light bulbs dotted around trees and bushes, play with interactive displays, and snap photos at the Tunnel Galaxy 101, a stunning 101-meter tunnel bedecked with vibrant lights.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • Please refrain from staying in hot springs for long periods and watch your step around the pools at Icheon Termeden Spa

  • Food or drinks purchased outside are not permitted in Icheon Termeden Spa

  • Please bring your own towel, swimsuit, and swimming cap. It is recommended to place your cellphone in a waterproof bag when entering hot springs

  • Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 10 mins in advance, travelers who arrive late will not be permitted to join the tour and no refunds will be granted

  • All vehicles on this tour includes Korean government-mandated comprehensive insurance. Travelers are recommended to purchase their own travel insurance for more complete protection

  • Please note that this is not a guided tour. On-site staff will only provide basic instructions and assistance in purchasing tickets

  • Sledding activity will be arranged at other ski resorts if the sledding area in Jisan Forest Ski Resort is closed

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
