【AREX Direct Route Ticket Usage Instructions】

• This ticket is non-transferable.
  
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but must present identification documents to verify their age when exchanging tickets.
  
• Each guardian may bring one child under the age of 6 for free (without occupying a seat), but if a child occupies a seat, an additional fee must be paid.
  
• This voucher is not related to the purchase date; it can be redeemed and used within the validity period (it can also be used on the day of purchase).
• The QR code on your KKday voucher is not the actual ticket. Please use the 13-digit redemption code on your voucher to redeem your ride ticket in advance at the AREX website or on-site before you can board.
• Please note that if you do not complete the exchange in advance, you will not be able to board the train directly.

【LG U+ SIM/eSIM (including T-money function) User Guide】

• This plan provides unlimited data for LG U+ 4G/5G in South Korea.
• eSIM plans that include a Korean phone number (010) require SIM registration and call/SMS registration to be completed at the LG U+ airport counter before they can be used.
  
• If you need to make a phone call or send a text message, you can choose to purchase voice call service and top up separately at the LG U+ airport counter or the official website.
• Voice call top-up amounts range from 5,500 to 55,000 Korean won (approximately 20 to 200 minutes), depending on your needs.
• Gimpo Airport counters do not provide change; please prepare cash or credit card to pay for voice call charges.
• If you wish to extend the usage period and retain your original phone number, you can apply for an extension on the LG U+ website during the usage period or within 72 hours after the expiration date.
• The contract number can be found on the receipt provided at the counter or in the "Purchase Records" section of the LG U+ website.
• When ordering, please be sure to fill in your information using your passport's English name. If the information does not match your identification, the service may not be available.
• Airport counter pickup time depends on the situation on site. Please assess whether you have enough time to pick up your item before making your purchase.
• After receiving the network card, be sure to test it on-site to see if it works. If it does not work, please consult the counter immediately.
  
• After the SIM card is installed, depending on the device model, it may require restarting the device up to 5 times before it can be used normally.
  
• In some countries, iPhones may require unlocking by the carrier before they can be used. Please check with your original retailer beforehand. No refunds will be provided if the phone cannot be used due to being locked.
  
• If you have previously applied for a Japan/US/Canada SIM card, you must apply to the local telecommunications operator to unlock it before you can use it; if it was originally a prepaid card, there is no need to unlock it separately.
  
• Due to differences in network frequencies across countries, some mobile phones may not support the LTE band (even if 4G is working normally in the original location). In such cases, they will automatically connect to the 3G network, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
  
• SIM cards cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened, except for product issues such as SIM card defects.
  
• Network cards are non-refundable after receipt.

【T-money Transportation Card Usage Instructions】

• The T-money card included with this product is empty and needs to be topped up before it can be used.
• Children under 6 years old do not need to use a T-money card.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years old are eligible for the card.
• Youth cards are applicable to individuals aged 12 to 19.
• For child or youth travelers, presenting their card and passport at the service counter of the subway station or convenience store can be used to apply for a change of card eligibility to enjoy child or youth discount fares.

【Instructions for Using Taoyuan Airport MRT Tickets】

• This ticket is non-resaleable and will be invalid if transferred.
• Children under 6 years old (those taller than 115 cm need to show identification) can ride for free. Each adult can bring a maximum of two children; additional children require separate tickets.
• Please present the QR code voucher you received after booking (either a mobile QR code or a paper copy is acceptable).
• One-way tickets will be automatically collected at the exit.
• Applicable to all routes from A22 Laojiexi Station, A18 Taoyuan High Speed ​​Rail Station, A13 Airport Terminal 2 Station to A1 Taipei Main Station.

【Instructions for Using the Taipei Metro 72-Hour Pass】

• This ticket is an IC card ticket; after redemption, you can use it to enter and exit the station by swiping your card.
• Unlimited rides on the entire Taipei Metro line are permitted for 72 consecutive hours from the date of use.
• Valid scope: The entire Taipei Metro system (excluding Taoyuan Metro, buses, high-speed rail, local railways and Maokong Gondola).
• The ticket can be used immediately after exchange; the time is automatically calculated from the time of use.
• Lost items will not be replaced or refunded.
