If an incident occurs that is not your fault, such as bad weather or a traffic accident, we can reschedule or refund your reservation if you can provide proof as soon as possible.
As a general rule, we ask that you notify us of any schedule changes at least two days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the driver and vehicle arrangements.
If any of the following behaviour is observed, we may report you to the police and seek compensation: violence or threatening behaviour towards the driver or other people, damage to the vehicle, or forcing you to drive dangerously.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
