【Service Introduction】
Recommended departure time: 8:00 AM
Maximum duration: Up to 10 hours per day (calculated from the time the driver departs from the depot until they return)
Waiting time: If you are unable to board at the scheduled time due to personal reasons, the driver will wait for up to 90 minutes from the designated pickup time. If we are unable to contact you after this period, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided. (Please note that if you are late for the tour start time, the tour duration will still be calculated from the originally scheduled time.)
Charter route: Please refer to the 'Recommended Charter Routes' (You may request changes or consult on the route, provided they are not significant deviations. If you have specific nearby attractions you would like to visit, please feel free to contact us after booking.)
Pickup/Drop-off locations: At least one of the locations must be within Sapporo city limits.
Multi-day use: Available; please consult us as prices vary depending on the destination and distance.

If you require a child seat, please add the "Child Seat" option directly when booking, costing JPY 2,200 per seat.
Vehicle cleaning fee
If the inside of the vehicle is soiled due to customer negligence during the ride (vomit, foul odor, other stains that require significant effort to clean, etc.), we may charge you an additional 22,000 yen as cleaning costs.
Overtime surcharge
If the usage time of the charter service exceeds 10 hours on the day, an additional fee of 11,000 yen per hour will be charged in cash to the driver. However, it is not possible to apply for an excess of usage time in advance.

Please note that you cannot specify the vehicle model or driver's nationality.
Customer support is available from 8:00 to 21:00.
Drinks and light meals such as sandwiches are permitted on board the train, but snacks are not permitted.
If an incident occurs that is not your fault, such as bad weather or a traffic accident, we can reschedule or refund your reservation if you can provide proof as soon as possible.
As a general rule, we ask that you notify us of any schedule changes at least two days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the driver and vehicle arrangements.
If any of the following behaviour is observed, we may report you to the police and seek compensation: violence or threatening behaviour towards the driver or other people, damage to the vehicle, or forcing you to drive dangerously.

Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the driver will suggest the best route. In addition, if the usage time or total usage time exceeds the limit due to force majeure such as traffic congestion, the additional fee for the first hour will be waived.
