Purchase Notice
It is not possible for passengers to choose their own spectator seats for the fireworks display. We will inform you on site on the day of the event.
Depending on your seat, you may not be able to see some of the fireworks at lower launch altitudes.
Taxis cannot be arranged at the fireworks display. Please take into account that the journey between the seating area and the parking lot may be a long distance.
The price of this course is subject to increase without notice. (No additional charges will be made.). Early booking is recommended.
In principle, the fireworks display will be held rain or shine, but may be postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather. If the fireworks display is postponed or cancelled by the day before the tour, the tour will be cancelled and the tour fee will be refunded.
If the fireworks display is decided to be cancelled or postponed after the tour departs, you will be taken to an alternative sightseeing spot or returned directly to Shinjuku.
In such cases, we will refund the cost of the seats for the fireworks display, but please note that this will not apply if the cost is used for an alternative plan.
No refund will be made if the fireworks display is cancelled during the event.
Fireworks displays may be cancelled or their content changed due to national or local government requirements. Please be aware of this in advance.
After the fireworks display, due to expected congestion on the roads, you may be asked to stay on the bus for an extended period of time to ensure pedestrian safety. Please be aware of this beforehand.

Due to vehicle restrictions, a 30-90 minute walk may be required from the parking area to the spectator seats. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
The fireworks display will be held rain or shine, so please bring a mackintosh (kappa).
Restrooms at the fireworks display will be temporary toilets. Toilet paper may not be provided, so please bring pocket tissues etc.
This course does not include meals. Please prepare your own meals.

The overnight return course does not wait for the first departure of each public transport service. Please check the return transportation by yourself.
The bus will be operated by a crew of two.
Please refrain from bringing large luggage as you will need to change buses.
Cancellation fees for the return night course are in accordance with the regulations for the overnight course.

■In the unlikely event that you arrive late and have to use a taxi or stay overnight, the Company will not be held responsible for any claims.
■Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized bus or a small bus.
■Buses are not equipped with toilets.
■Smoking is not permitted on board. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses).
■Please note that even if you do not use any of the benefits, etc., we cannot offer refunds.
■If you have any food allergies, please inform the person in charge at the time of application. （If you have any food allergies, please inform us at the time of application and we will do our best to eliminate them.)

■Lost and found items will be kept for a period of two weeks after the end of the trip. However, foodstuffs such as living organisms and items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please understand this in advance.
■Please refrain from bringing pets on the tour.
■We will decide the seats on the bus.
■In the event of an emergency, etc., you may have to share a seat with a tour conductor. Please understand this in advance.
■If the number of participants is less than 30 or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure, such as a disaster or accident, we may ask you to change or cancel the tour by 3 days (13 days for accommodation) prior to the day before the tour starts.
■It may not be possible to fulfil seat requests, hotel smoking or non-smoking requests or allergy requests. We may refuse your request in advance after explaining it to you.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
