- The complimentary hotel transfer service is available only on Koh Kood. Please provide the exact hotel name and address in Koh Kood when booking. If you fail to provide a pick-up address, an additional fee will be charged upon pick-up
- For Koh Mak, pick-up and drop-off will be at the pier
- The vehicle type might be changed to different class of Van or Bus without prior notice, depending on the number of passengers per day
- Each booking can be changed once only
- Schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure and within 90 days of the original travel date
- Route changes are not allowed
- Changes requested less than 24 hours before departure will not be accepted - Pets are allowed on board

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
