・Please note that those under 15 years old are not allowed to apply.
・The itinerary does not include any form of personal travel-related insurance. Please be sure to purchase travel-related insurance in your respective country to be prepared for any unexpected events.
・There will only be Japanese guides throughout the trip, and basically only Japanese and simple English can be used for communication. If there is anything you don't understand at any place, please be sure to confirm with the guide for safety reasons.
・《Fujinomiya Route》 Fuji Mountain Climbing Fee: Each person needs to pay a toll of 4,000 yen. This fee is not included in the tour fee. Please apply for it on the application website before departure. If you fail to complete the application and cannot climb the mountain on the day, our company will not be responsible.
・This tour is based on the assumption that it will be held as usual every day. In the event of a typhoon, the tour will only be cancelled if it is judged to be difficult to carry out due to the "accessible roads" or "climbing trails" leading to Mt. Fuji.
・If a road is announced as "closed" or "suspended" and the probability of it being open or in operation is judged to be low, the trip will be cancelled. (The trip will not be cancelled based on "closing before the trip destination" or "suspended" etc.)
・If the trail to the 7th station is open and it is determined that the climb is possible, it will be carried out as usual. (Since it is not a tour with the summit as the goal, whether or not the summit can be reached will not be used as a basis for judging whether the tour will be carried out)
・If you originally planned to stay at a hut above the 7th Station, we may change it to a hut at a lower altitude due to the situation on the day.
・If you decide not to stay at the mountain lodge, you will still need to pay the relevant fees and there will be no refund.
