If your ride time exceeds 10 hours due to this, an overtime fee will be charged or your travel time will be deducted. Please be advised.
  • It is recommended to visit 3-5 attractions per day. The recommended route can be changed according to the change of travel time. Please consult customer service in advance to discuss and improve the plan.
  • Maximum mileage: 300km. Additional charges will apply if the mileage exceeds 300km.
  • Service hours: 10 hours between 6:00-21:00. Additional morning and evening service fees will be charged for overtime.
  • Recommended private charter car start time: 8:30.
  • The driver will wait for you for 30 minutes from the designated pick-up time (counted into the service time). If you are more than 30 minutes late, please contact the driver in advance. If you are not contacted, the driver has the right to leave and no refund will be given.
  • If the guest is late and cannot complete the trip, he/she can discuss with the driver to shorten the trip or extend the service time. If the latter is chosen, the guest will need to pay the overtime fee.

Overtime fee

If the rental time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (less than one hour will be calculated as one hour). Overtime caused by the guest being late or traffic jams is also included.

Excess mileage fee

Maximum mileage: 300km. Additional charges will apply for exceeding this limit. Please consult customer service in advance.

Morning and evening service fees

Service hours: 10 hours between 6:00 and 21:00. An additional service fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for hours exceeding this period.

Reminders

  • Customer service hours are 9:00-21:00 Tokyo time.

  • Bottled water or beverages are allowed inside the vehicle, but eating is prohibited. If the vehicle is soiled, the driver will be responsible for cleaning fees.

  • Pick-up locations or times can be changed up to one day in advance, but cannot be changed within 24 hours.

  • If uncontrollable situations such as weather conditions or traffic accidents occur that are not related to the customer, please contact customer service before 21:00 on the same day. We will do our best to arrange a reschedule or refund.
