The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

The package does not include [Airport Tax $890], which must be paid within 3 days after purchase. The supplier will notify the customer via SMS and collect the fee

Please gather on time. Latecomers will not be waited for. (Meeting place and time: 09:00 am on the day of departure at Hong Kong Airlines counter in Area K of Hong Kong Airport. The supplier will send a text message to the guests five days before departure to inform them of the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information)

The tour fee does not include the tour group service fee (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and supplier-related staff). Each registered passenger is required to pay a service fee of HKD130/day (a total of HKD1,040/person for 8 days). The price is the same for all ages and will be collected from group members individually before the end of the tour.

Passengers are required to present valid travel documents and identity documents. The travel document must be valid for more than six months from the group's return date. All losses caused by being unable to enter or leave the country due to expired documents must be borne by the passenger himself.

Fuel surcharges, taxes or other service charges are subject to the latest announcement by the airline or relevant agency on the day of ticket issuance. The Company will refund the excess amount to the customer, or recover the difference caused by foreign currency fluctuations from the customer, and must be paid before departure (except for all-inclusive tour products).

Children are between 3 and 9 years old (under 1.1 meters)

This tour is not recommended for children aged 0-2 years due to the long journey.

The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 on the Supplier's tours without an adult. Travellers aged between 16 and 18 who are not accompanied by an adult must go to a branch with their parents or legal guardians to register for the tour and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of their parents' or legal guardian's Hong Kong identity card or passport.

If a traveler suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation, etc.) during the tour, it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The traveler must sign the group member withdrawal notice and all fees paid will not be refunded.

There will be no tour guide from Hong Kong. The supplier will send a text message to the guests one working day before departure to inform them of the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information.

Guests who join a tour group must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation shall be subject to local reception arrangements. Any changes will be made without prior notice.

Please refer to the itinerary or ask the staff for details of charges. If there are any adjustments, they will be subject to the time of registration.

Some facilities and activities in the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without further notice.

Take a domestic tourist bus. The seating order for domestic tour buses is based on the order in which guests register.

You can join the self-funded package according to your own needs. If you do not join the arrangement of the guests, you can enjoy free activities arranged by the local tour guide. Please pay attention.

The tickets included in the package are discounted tickets purchased by the travel agency. If you cancel voluntarily, the ticket fee is not refundable. If you hold a student ID, senior citizen ID, military officer ID, etc., the local tour guide will refund it to you according to the preferential policies of the local scenic spot. Children's fees do not include tickets. If required, parents are requested to purchase them at the scenic spot.

The hotel standards in Inner Mongolia are lower than those in southern cities, so tourists are advised to be mentally prepared in advance. The itinerary mainly consists of standard rooms, and there are basically no king-size bed rooms or Triple room.

In the event of force majeure (snow, rain, car maintenance, etc.) or policy adjustments that make it impossible to visit attractions and programs (such as local temple ceremonies, etc.), our agency has the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions or programs of equal value. The fees for the free attractions and programs will not be refunded, and we have the right to make corresponding adjustments to the order of attractions and accommodation.

Please avoid leaving the group during the trip. If it is really necessary, please inform the tour guide in advance by text message or in writing, and return to the group on time at the agreed time. Tourists are advised to avoid going to areas where there are safety risks and poor public security. Please travel with a group during free time and avoid traveling alone. For tours not organized by our company, tourists shall bear their own risks. The losses and disputes arising from this shall be borne and resolved by the tourists themselves, and the travel agency shall not bear any responsibility. It is advisable to travel with companions at night or during free activities and inform the tour guide. Keep the tour guide's mobile phone number for backup and pay attention to personal safety and property safety.

Travel and travel in a civilized manner, consciously protect the flowers, trees, cultural relics and historical sites in the scenic area, do not scribble on the scenic area and historical sites, do not litter, and respect the customs of local ethnic minorities. There are small stalls and vendors around many scenic spots and hotels. If you have no intention of buying anything, please do not bargain with them. Once you agree on a price but don't buy, it will easily lead to conflicts. Please keep a normal attitude when traveling, do not be impatient when encountering problems, and be considerate and help each other.

Please cooperate with the tour guide to truthfully fill out the local "Tourist Opinion Form". Tourist complaints and demands are mainly based on the opinion form filled out by the local tourists themselves. Complaints from those who do not fill in the form or fill in false information will not be accepted after their return. If you have any objections to the travel agency's service standards during the trip, please try to resolve it locally. If you cannot resolve the problem locally during your trip, you can file a record locally.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.
