- Only bags and suitcases with zippers or other closures are permitted as checked baggage.

- We cannot accept cash, noble items, valuables, fragile items, refrigerated items, hazardous materials, or any other items that may be difficult to handle.

- If you wish to use our delivery service, please check the list of eligible hotels before making your reservation. Delivery service is not available to hotels that are not included in the list.
- Hotels eligible for baggage delivery: Accommodation facilities located in the designated areas of Nagoya City (Naka Ward, Nakamura Ward, Higashi Ward, Atsuta Ward), Espacio Nagoya Castle, and Legoland Japan Hotel.
- We do not offer delivery services from your hotel to Nagoya Station.
- Compensation and other terms will be based on the terms and conditions of the shipping company (Sagawa Express).
- Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
- Delivery time cannot be specified.
