The secret sauce, which you cannot dip twice, is a closely guarded recipe. The rules for eating kushikatsu with this sauce are: 1. Do not dip the skewer twice after it has been in your mouth! 2. Do not dip the cabbage twice after it has been in your mouth! 3. Do not dip your chopsticks in the sauce!
All kushikatsu can be ordered from just one skewer, and you can enjoy them hot and crispy after they are fried. We never "pre-fry" them, but rather, we carefully coat each skewer in batter and fry them with our heart and soul after receiving your order!!

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
