We use traditional red vinegar. It is characterized by its mild acidity and rich aroma and umami. We select rice that is not sticky and is slightly hard so that the vinegar blends well and breaks down easily when put in the mouth. We purchase tuna in half pieces so that we can offer all-you-can-eat carefully selected tuna such as otoro, chutoro, and lean.
We use matcha, brown rice matcha, and roasted green tea from Koyanagi Seiichi Shoten. We recommend tea-wari, which has over 120 different combinations. Find your favorite combination and enjoy the mariage of it with our special sushi and tempura.
Perfect for celebrating important anniversaries, birthdays, etc. We also have a fully private room that can accommodate up to 32 people, so we can cater for a wide range of occasions, from small celebrations to large celebrations such as welcome and farewell parties.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
