Decision to cancel the event due to rain
① An initial decision will be made at 8:00 p.m. the day before the event, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be canceled or a decision will be made on the day.
*If a decision is made on the day, cancellation (refund) will be accepted as this is a last-minute decision.
Instructions on how to cancel will be provided along with the notification.
②If a decision is made on the day, a final decision will be made at 6:00 and a notification of cancellation or implementation will be sent to the registered email address.
