- Regarding decisions in case of rain -

<Basic Policy>

• The safety of participants is our number one priority when conducting yoga. Therefore, whether or not yoga can be held will be determined based on the weather forecast at 8:00 p.m. the previous day, taking into account factors such as the amount of rainfall (snowfall), temperature, wind speed, and the condition of the facilities.

Decision to cancel the event due to rain

• Decisions regarding cancellations due to rain will be made as follows:

① An initial decision will be made at 8:00 p.m. the day before the event, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be canceled or a decision will be made on the day.

*If a decision is made on the day, cancellation (refund) will be accepted as this is a last-minute decision.

Instructions on how to cancel will be provided along with the notification.

②If a decision is made on the day, a final decision will be made at 6:00 and a notification of cancellation or implementation will be sent to the registered email address.
