Private charter car Information-

Service time: 10 hours, an additional charge of 3000 yen/30 minutes will be applied for overtime. Departure time: General service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. For late-night private charter car(service time includes the period between 22:00 and 06:00), an additional charge of 3000 yen/30 minutes will be applied. Departure location: Any designated location in Osaka (the pick-up location can be changed free of charge up to 12 hours in advance; within 12 hours, the charge will be based on the distance between the old and new addresses, 500 yen/km).
Driver's language: Chinese/Japanese/English

*If a guest is late, the late time will be added to the total usage time. If the total usage time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged. Guests may also choose to shorten their trip.
*If traffic jams or other traffic conditions cause the time to exceed the allotted time, this time will be counted towards the total usage time, and an overtime fee will be charged.

Toyota Alphard
Maximum passenger capacity: 6 people; Luggage allowance: 3-4 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2-3 pieces of 28-inch luggage.

- Service Introduction -

The trip is limited to departure and end points within Osaka. If the end point is outside Osaka, the time will be reduced by the time for the empty return trip to Osaka (estimated empty return trip time is 1 hour for Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe, and 1.5 hours for Wakayama; the actual return trip time will be calculated based on the time from Osaka to the suburbs on the same day).

*The daily travel limit is 300 kilometers. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged an additional 500 yen per kilometer.
* If you require multi-day private charter car services in the suburbs of Osaka, an additional driver accommodation fee of 10,000 yen per day will be charged.

Child car seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each subsequent child seat will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen. Please place your order directly on the platform (if you place separate orders, please include the order number for the private charter car service in the remarks).

Overtime service fee

If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply.

Late night fees

If you use the car between 22:00 and 06:00 (including overtime), an additional late-night fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

Additional distance charges

If the pick-up/drop-off location is changed temporarily or the distance exceeds the daily travel limit of 300 kilometers, an additional distance fee of 500 yen/km will be charged.

Accommodation costs for drivers private charter car for multiple days

If you require multi-day private charter car services in the suburbs of Osaka, an additional driver accommodation fee of 10,000 yen per day will be charged.

Reminders

  • After you place your order, our customer service team will assist you between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Japan time.

  • Eating is not allowed in the carriage. If you soil the carriage, the driver has the right to charge you a cleaning fee.

  • In case of flight cancellations, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, please contact customer service as soon as possible. After providing proof, you can cancel your order free of charge or change your rental time (only applicable if it is 12 hours or more before departure).

  • Your voucher will include information about the driver and vehicle for the day of your trip. To allow time for us to confirm this information, your voucher will be sent the day before your trip. Thank you for your understanding.
