  • Two vehicle types are available: the 9-seater can accommodate up to 5 passengers with 5-6 pieces of luggage, while the 11-12 seater is suitable for 6-8 passengers with 8-10 pieces of luggage.
  • Vehicle arrangements are made by the company based on the number of passengers and luggage.
  • The fee does not include overtime charges for airport pick-up. The complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes after the flight lands. Any time exceeding 90 minutes will incur an overtime fee of 10,000 KRW per hour, payable to the staff on-site.
  • A fee of 15,000 KRW applies if a child seat is required.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
