This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
The admission ticket (QR code) and ticket ID will be provided on the day of your visit.
Reservations for each pavilion cannot be made in advance before the tour departure.
On the day of the tour, if you register the ticket ID on your smartphone as "Expo ID," you can register for a pavilion visit on the same day if there are available slots.
The venue is expected to implement a fully cashless payment system. Shopping and dining within the venue will be cashless only; cash will not be accepted. Please take note.
For odd-numbered groups, seating on the bus will generally be shared, so please be aware.
Due to traffic conditions, your stay may be shorter than planned.
Some parts of the itinerary may be subject to change.
Reminders
After the scheduled departure time, the departure will be determined by our staff, so please be punctual.
The scheduled times and content may change due to road conditions.
In the event of a delay in arrival that necessitates taking a taxi or an overnight stay, we will not be liable for any related expenses.
Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized bus or a small bus may be used.
The bus does not have a restroom.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Additionally, reclining of seats is generally not permitted (except for some courses).
The arrival location may differ from the meeting place.
The storage period for lost items will be two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable food items and items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please understand this in advance.
Pets are not allowed to participate.
Bus seating will be determined by our company.
In emergencies, you may be seated next to the tour guide. Please be aware of this.
The entrance fees for facilities included in the tour price may differ from the public prices. There will be no refunds or additional charges based on differences in public prices after the tour has started.
If the number of participants is less than 20 or if the trip cannot operate due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, we may request changes or cancellation of the tour up to three days prior to the scheduled start (or 13 days prior for overnight stays).
We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating, hotel smoking/non-smoking preferences, or allergies. We may also need to decline such requests after providing an explanation in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
