- The shop does not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment at least 1 day in advance of your intended visit date.
- After you book a service, please let us know the desired time slot of your visit date via KKday message.
- The confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded.
- You may request to move your booking time up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Rebooking or rescheduling is not possible in case of a late or no-show without messaging us beforehand.
