【ALL KYUSHU PASS Overview】

  • Includes a 3-day 'Bus & Ferry Pass' valid for most highway buses, regular buses, and certain ferries within Kyushu, as well as a 3-day 'Railway Pass' valid for JR Kyushu conventional lines, limited express trains, the Kyushu Shinkansen, and the Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen. 
  • You can use the 'Bus & Ferry Pass' for any 3 days and the 'Railway Pass' for any 3 days within a 10-day period (days do not need to be consecutive and can be used separately). 
  • The 'Bus & Ferry Pass' and 'Railway Pass' can be used on the same day. 


【ALL KYUSHU PASS Bus & Ferry Pass Notes】 

  • The coverage area for the Bus & Ferry Pass is the same as the SUNQ PASS All Kyushu. For details regarding the Bus & Ferry Pass, please refer to the following digital guidebook. 
  • The Bus & Ferry Pass is a 1-day pass that allows unlimited rides on highway buses, local buses, and certain ferries throughout all of Kyushu (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima Prefectures) as well as the Shimonoseki and Nagato areas of Yamaguchi Prefecture. 
  • The validity period for this ticket is:

      - From the moment the user clicks 'Start Use' until 2:59 AM the following day. If boarding or alighting between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it is considered as usage from the previous day. 

      - Please note that if you click 'Start Use' between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it will be counted as starting from the previous day. 

  • When boarding a local bus, please be sure to take a numbered ticket. 
  • When alighting from the bus, please be sure to show the digital ticket screen to the driver. 
  • Buses that accept the Bus & Ferry Pass will have a 'SUNQ PASS' sticker on the 'front' and at the 'bus entrance.' Additionally, stickers are displayed at ticket counters and waiting rooms for eligible ferries. (*If you encounter a vehicle without a sticker, please consult the staff on-site.) 
  • The Bus & Ferry Pass cannot be used for the Hitahikosan Line BRT; however, you may use the Railway Pass to ride the Hitahikosan Line BRT. 
  • When boarding a ferry, please be sure to show your valid digital ticket to the staff at the ticket counter to receive a boarding pass. Please hand the boarding pass to the staff when boarding. 
  • For highway buses, some routes require seat reservations in advance. For details, please refer to the following website. 


【ALL KYUSHU PASS Railway Pass Notes】

  • Valid for all JR Kyushu lines (including the Hitahikosan Line BRT) except for the Sanyo Main Line (Moji Station to Shimonoseki Station). 
  • This pass cannot be used for the Sanyo Shinkansen (Hakata to Kokura section). Travelers wishing to use this section must purchase a separate ticket at Kokura Station. 
  • This pass does not cover reserved seats or Green Car seats; it is valid for non-reserved seats only. Travelers wishing to use reserved seats or Green Cars must purchase a separate ticket and a reserved-seat limited express ticket. 
  • The validity period for this pass is:

      - From the moment the user clicks 'Start Use' until 2:59 AM the following day.

      - If boarding or alighting between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it is considered as usage from the previous day. 

      - After clicking 'Start Use,' the pass will expire at 2:59 AM the following day. 

  • When boarding or alighting from a train, please show your digital ticket screen to the station staff. Please also show your digital ticket screen to the staff when passing through the ticket gate. 
  • If the boarding or alighting station is unmanned, please proceed through the ticket gate directly. 
  • This pass cannot be used for reserved seats or Green Cars. Travelers wishing to use reserved seats or Green Cars must purchase a separate ticket and a reserved-seat limited express ticket. 


- How to Use -

  1. When boarding a ferry/train, please be sure to show your valid digital ticket to the staff at the ticket counter.
  2. When purchasing for 2 or more people at once: ① All users must travel together within the coverage area and cannot travel separately. separately. ② Although there may be multiple passes listed in the digital ticket list, this does not mean one pass per person; rather, a single pass is used for all users to travel together on that day.

Reminders

  • If the validity period of the rail pass expires after entering the station, only if you do not leave the station, the rail pass part can still be used until you exit the station the next day after the validity period. However, because the express coupon part becomes invalid after 24:00 on the same day, you cannot ride on it. For the next train, you must purchase a separate limited express ticket.

  • Once you click "Start Use", the bus/ship pass will expire at 2:59 a.m. the next day.

  • Tickets are non-refundable once used.

  • When you click Start, you must be connected to the Internet to start using it.

  • Children (under 11 years old) cannot purchase and use this service alone.
