We offer open counter seats where you can enjoy your meal while overlooking Nishidori, as well as 5 semi-private rooms that are suitable for business entertainment. At our restaurant, we offer a wide variety of specialty chicken dishes, including our signature soup infused with the umami of Hanamidori chicken, melt-in-your-mouth Hanamidori raw ham, and Mizutaki fried chicken. Please enjoy the unique taste of Hanamidori in the city of Tenjin at your leisure.
Mizutaki, which has its origins in the Keio era, is now so widely known that it is also called 'Hakata-ni' (Hakata stew), with Hakata as its home. It features a rich soup made by slowly simmering bone-in chicken. First, please enjoy the soup, and then enjoy the 'Hakata Hanamidori' with refreshing ponzu sauce.
Our in-house 'Hanamidori' chicken is raised vigorously in the great outdoors, filled with clear air and sunshine. The feed used is Hanamidori-exclusive feed made by mixing extracts of seaweed, herbs, etc., with rice bran, soybean meal, etc., and fermenting it for a long period. Hanamidori is raised under unique breeding methods and thorough management. We consistently handle everything from poultry farming to wholesale, and we deliver the chicken slaughtered in the morning to our customers immediately, so the freshness is outstanding!
With calm private rooms, couple seats facing Nishidori, and table seats with a mature atmosphere, this is a Hanamidori branch recommended for couples. We also have private rooms for small groups.
