- Seats will be confirmed on the day of the event, please note that we are unable to allocate areas and seat numbers in advance.
- Cancellations after booking is confirmed will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that there are no refunds.
- Concert performers may change for a variety of reasons. Please note that shows cannot be canceled due to performer changes.
- Neither we nor the organizer are responsible for lost or stolen tickets after receipt (tickets cannot be reissued).
- All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day of the event.
- Due to circumstances of the organizer or performers, the concert schedule and artists are subject to change without prior notice.
